Well,
There is no free tools for capacity planning of vmware vsphere 5.5 .The Guided Consolidation was available in vSphere 4.x, but has been now removed from 5.x.
Talk to a VMware partner as they have capacity planning tools provided by VMware and if I am not mistaken, they are to provide a free assessment for you.As Partners can use the internal VMware Capacity application for your environment.
