"Top" from Live Exec View is still broken

Hello,

When running the "top" command from the Live Exec "View" plugin, the percent CPU for every process is 0.0%. I tried this on a Windows 2003 server as well as a CentOS 4.5 server with the same results. HQ Server and Agent versions are 4.0.2.

Is this expected behavior?
