Unenrolled by Feedback Service

We have seen a small number of devices being 'unenrolled by feedback service'. I cannot find any documentation or description of this status. Has anyone else seen this before?

Check under the scheduler and make sure the ' Query feedback'  service is disabled.

All Settings > Admin > Scheduler > Query Feedback Service : set to disabled
