migrating vcenter server vm from vsphere client

connecting to vcenter server by vsphere client.then trying to migrate it to other host validation succeeded migration started but it take a long time and the session gets disconnected can,t verify clearly whether the active state of the vm has successfully migrated or not and also can't connect to vcenter server either through vsphere client and also vsphere web client.Whats the issue.
