All services are active and running ...
I try to start a vm that ran from time and nothing happens but 'Internal error' ...
I try again and 'Cannot find a valid peer process to connect to.' ...
If I try again ... sometimes vm starts sometimes not ... sometimes after 1 try sometimes after 10/15
