Unnecessary copying

Why does this happen?

Usually right after i copy files/folders in Windows, a few seconds and  get this...

I believe that it's the macOS Universal Clipboard.

What has this message got to do with Fusion?

Thats the result of too high expectations regarding drag/drop and shared folders functionality beween VM and MAC-host.

Use Samba or other industry standard tools to exchange files between host and guest.
