Have you followed all the steps mentioned here?

http://blogs.vmware.com/thinapp/2011/02/quick-start-guide-for-deploying-office-2010-using-thinapp-46...

As you are capturing on Win 7, you can skip the .NET steps.

Have you launched or activated Visio 2010 before postscan?

Yes , captured part done on Win7. .Net already skipped.

Product launched before postscan , in the help product activation required shown.

But it launch fine.

You should NOT launch Visio before postscan. Yes, please follow the same blog for Visio (you can skip Step 15).

I have heard from another customer too that this issue occurs only with 4.7 release and doesn't occur with 4.6 release.

I have not tried yet with 4.6 release but you can give a try if you want.

This is an on going issue with Visio and Project 2010. The fact is that these apps ar not support with Thinapp with native Office 2010. If anyone has successfully done this with either app, please post a new article showing the steps. Thanks.

vFantom,

Yes, Office 2010 ThinApp may not work properly if native Office 2010 is installed. This is a known issue mentioned here:

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=102228...

The good news is that this issue is already code fixed for the upcoming release of ThinApp. Also, the issue when running Project 2010 along with Visio 2010 or Office 2010 concurrently on the same machine is fixed too.
