How are you trying to access Skyline Advisor?
Have you migrated the Skyline appliance to CSP or are you trying to use the VMware credentials?
If you have not migrated to CSP please try the My VMware link and let me know the result. The screenshot is given below for reference. Please try using Incognito window as well.

Same problem. I went through the migration steps and am still getting that same error. Even tried an incognito window.

If you have migrated to CSP recently it will take 48 hours to access the Advisor.
Please let me know when did you setup Skyline and when you tried migrating to CSP?

Thank you for your post. Please install version 2.0.0.1 if you do not have the auto-update enabled.
If Auto-update is enabled in the collector Appliance then it should allow you to update to the latest version.
You can download and manually install the latest version by clicking the link below.
