There was an issue with validating your login credentials against our backend database.

It's been six days. Still getting this error.

Please share your Collector detail on the following link, we will check if there is an issue on the backend:

VMware Skyline Community - Smartsheet.com

Also please migrate to CSP if you are still using MyVMware authentication. Please use the following link to login using MyVMware authentication to CSP:

https://skyline.vmware.com/advisor?authtype=myvmware
