locked file RDM windows 2008 cluster

when i try to add the RDM disk to the second node of a 2008cluster, I am getting an error saying file locked. how do I get both nodes to see the RDM?

You have to make sure the scsi controller you are using is set to bus sharing, physical mode for across esx host.

Use existing disk instead and locate rdm disk inside node1 vm folder

Try making the second node the primary, and add it. Then bring the other node online, and it add the disk..

Ah. I forgot to enable bus sharing on the scsi controller. Thanks!
