ESX 5.1 Datastore: "Other" File Type taking up 300+ Gig

I have attached a screenshot of a vSphere 5.1 NFS datastore on NetApp storage. There are no VMware or NetApp snapshots related to this datastore. Also, we hae errun a baseline for the dedupe on the volume as well. Either way, every few days, the "Other" file type on the disk skyrockets above 300 gig. I have inspected the datastore in and out with no idea what is taking that space up and how to reclaim it.

Thanks in advance for any help.

This would be swap files, by default, the swap file is created in the same location as the virtual machine's configuration file.  A swap file is created by the ESXi host when a virtual machine is powered on.  The size of the swap file equals configured ram minus any memory reservations.
