Build 18071574 esx-ui bug - unable to reconfigure VM

Following upgrade to the lastest version of ESXi 6.5 I am unable to reconfigure my FreeBSD host with PCIe passthrough (Intel Quad NIC), even though this worked perfectly prior to update.

I get the following rejections when trying to reconfigure from different clients and browsers via the web UI:

TypeError: Right-hand side of 'instanceof' is not an object

I am having the same issue since upgrading. Have you found a solution by chance? Thank you.

No workaround, this renders my most important VM unusable for the time being. How to escalate this issue to devs?
