Hi Everyone,
I have converted a Mac OS X 10.10 on VMware Workstation into VMware vSphere 5.0.
When I want to boot this Mac vm in vSphere Client this error is appear:
I have deleted "firmware = efi" line from .vmx file but no change.
When I want to unlock VMware ESXi 5.0 ( 515841) using VMware Unlocker 1.3.0 this error is appear:
Sometimes this error change to : "cp: cannot remove '/etc/rc.local.d/local.sh' : no such a file or directory"
What should I do to boot Mac OS X smoothly.
Any recommendation will be appreciated.
Regards,
Hello,
Unfortunately Apple does not allow you to run a virtual mac OS X on non-Apple branded hardware.
Since this violates Apple's EULA (and as such the VMware Community Terms of Use), any issues you have with trying to run OS X using software that tries to circumvent/break software protections - such as the unlocker software in your post- cannot be discussed in this forum.
Hope you understand,

You´ll need Apple Hardware to virtualize Mac OS X (Mac Pro (on HCL) or Mac Mini (not on HCL).
