Hi All,
I tried to change the license for vCOPS from Foundation to an eval license of Enterprise (standalone). I'm able to change it in the licensing area, but even after I restart the vSphere client it still says vCOPS is in license mode: foundation. I've also tried restarting the vApp, but to no avail. The foundation version is registered with vCenter and has been working fine.
This is on vSphere 5.0 using vCOPS 5.6.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Lauren
Hi Lauren,
Not sure how long you gave this, but the license cache updates hourly. This KB will show you how to trigger that refresh immediately ...
