Question about VLANs and DMZ Configuration

I have 2 Scinarios

Servers with DMZ are on 2 ESXi Hosts

Vlans 10 , 30 and 50

Need to see , so what will be configured for

control
packet
mgmt
vmdata
vmotion

Second Scinario

I have 2 other ESXi Servers , Connected to 200 , 500 and 1000

Other Servers are on other

control
packet
mgmt
vmdata
vmotion

and the vnet

what the Vnet will be and how to be configured

I need some more Details

It depends on what mode you run the 1000v. In layer 2 mode, you only really need a mgmt VLAN, but in layer 3 mode you will need to define a VLAN for control and packet. Cisco originally wanted unique VLANs for all three values, but now allows the control and packet VLAN to share. You can also just use a single VLAN entirely for the 1000v and are still supported.

90% of the configuration is handled by the Java based installer for the 1000v VSMs. The remaining configuration is mostly port-profiles, which are documented here:
