Operating System not found

Dear all I'm using VMWare 12 ,I've been trying for almost  three days to install a guest os (windows 7 x64 ) using vmware ,my main os is windows 8.1 x64 but each time I install windows 7 I get this message and I'm not able to either access to the windows or the boot menu plz help me there is a lot of work needed to be done and I have no way else but this .

please note that I'm installing the os from an ISO file .

What kind of media you're using to install the Windows 7 ? The ISO file or the DVD media ? Let me know and I can instruct you how to proceed.

Sorry, I missed that you're using an ISO file, so take a look here: https://www.petri.com/use-iso-image-files-vmware

Make sure the ISO is not corrupted and "Connected at Power on" is checked.
