No Drives Found - SCSI controller Issue

I install the Oracle VM Server, when i choose VMware Paravirtual as my SCSI controller as my virtual disk


The problem is occur as shown is below picture

Can somebody please explain to me, why this happen...

You need external driver to run this..other wise it will not reconize the drive.Other wise use the default one ,where while selecting scsi controllertype its says vmware recommended.
