ESX updates shows conflicts in Update Manager

Hi,

Update my VCenter to U1 and did a scan for ESX hosts which is showing 35 patches however it is showing the Cisco Nexus 1000 as new and it is showing conflicts with 2 patches??? Should I just install the latest "ESX4.0 Update 1a" and ignore the rest or should I install everything and ignore the conflicts ?

Update 1a has all previous patches rolled up so I would install this and then rescan for further updates.

Make sure you read the Release Notes

please look into KB, if you have Cisco Nexus patch installed on the system
