vSphere replication plugin does not display in the vSphere Web Client

Hello,

i installed (deply ovf) vSphere replication appliance v6.1.2 in my vcenter v6.0.0 build 7924803. (with 2 ESXi in v6.0.0, 3380124)

The deployment went very well and the configuration VR with the vcenter also.

In the vcenter log, i can see that "the plug-in vsphere replication v6.1.2 deployment was done".

But i can see the plugin on the web interface and in the administration > Plug-in also.

I have tried to restart web service, clean cache, remove directory C:\ProgramData\VMware\vCenterServer\data\vSphere Web Client\SerenityDB\serenity

But i can't found the solution !

Can you help me ?

Thank you

Hi

Your vcenter version is vcenter v6.0.0 build 7924803.

vCenter Server 6.0 Update 3e2018-03-2079248037977899

You will need to apply the patch on vsphre replication to 6.1.2.1 or 6.1.2.2.

can you confirm that the serenity files are re-created after the service was restarted?

this is after the folder was deleted

i already try to purge the serenity directory and restart services, but no success.

I just try again according to the KB, but the same result.

In the serenity folder, the fiolder "ALL" is not present, there is only "Administrator@VSPHERE.LOCAL" and "vsphere-webclient-b2ccde40-6cd6-11e5-a724-000c299895bf@vsphere.local"

thank you
