vCenter Server in Linked Mode

I read a Vmware docs which says "All vCenter Server instances must have network time synchronization. The vCenter Server installer

validates that the machine clocks are not more than 5 minutes apart".

So if i have 2 VCs in Linked mode, do those VCs should be running with the same time.

Linked mode use ADAM. So it require time sync.

Also kerberos is based on time and tickets, therefore time has to be the sync'ed throughout the domain
