Patching vCenter 6.7 servers in Linked Mode

I recently started a new position and I'm managing a VMware 6.7 environment with 5 vCenter servers in linked mode (VCSAs with embedded PSCs).  Under System Configuration in vCenter, I'm showing the vCenter servers are configured as replication partners as well.

For example:

vcenter2-2

Replication Partner:

vcenter2-1

vdivcenter2-1

vcenter2-1

Replication Partner

vcenter1-1

vcenter2-2

When applying patches, given this configuration, should all five vCenter servers be patched during the same maintenance window, or would it be ok to update the vCenter servers at our DR site first, wait a week, then update those for production, just to give time to uncover any potential issues?

Its better to do all the VCSA's (Hoping this is embedded PSC) in a maintenance window. Do it one at a time but finish upgrading all to avoid any replication issues down the line.

Note:- Please take powered off snapshots before attempting the upgrade.
