The "no healthy upstream" error is quite generic it can mean many things, more often than not there are services that have not started regularly for various reasons (often due to problems with the certificates) but sometimes the reasons it's temporary and the warning clear by itself.
that said, if you want someone try to help you, you need to provide a few more details such as which specific version of the VCSA object you're using, whether it's an upgrade from a previous version, and so on.
