Hi,

Click here for download ---> https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/info/slug/datacenter_cloud_infrastructure/vmware_vsphere/5_0#

And Procedure to deploy .ovf is as below

1)     From the vSphere 5 download page on the VMware Web site, download the .VMDK and .OVF files for the vCenter Server appliance onto your system.

Save the .VMDK and .OVF files in the same folder.

2)     In the vSphere Client, select File > Deploy OVF Template and enter the path to the .OVF file on your system.

3)    Follow the prompts in the Deploy OVF Template wizard to create the vCenter Server Appliance. If you do not want to commit to using the maximum 80GB of disk space at deployment, deploy the OVF with thin provisioning. In the Disk Format panel of the wizard, select Thin provisioned format.

Thanks n Regards

Hi

I get this error via IE9 sometimes so try download it via FireFox or another Internet Browser.

HI firest

Did you see my attached file i think its not the error from my understanding after surfing internet ovf is a file format that contain some codes

we need to save this file into same drive where we save vmdk and aother file then open it in esxi through vspheere client

now I am downloading the vmdk let me try after that its work or not .

I have save the content into a textfile and save as a ovf format .

Have done this before and did it work?

Yeah, so when you try download the VMX files it doesn't start downloading but opens that page right???

It's a simple internet browser error that opens the file rather than downloading it. The rest of the deployment is as the documentation lays out
