VC 2.5 Update 2 Upgrade Fails

I'm trying to upgrade my VirtualCenter 2.0 Update 1 server to Update 2 and I get to the VirtualCenter Server Authorization section of the installation and when I press Next I get a screen that tells me the wizard was interrupted and VMware Infrastructure Management could not be completely installed. I looked in the event viewer but it just tells me the installation failed. Are there other log files that can help me figure out why it is failing?

There are install log files under %temp%. Look there for detailed install logs.

This worked for me with the same problem.

I looked through the install log in this location and found the problem was upgrading the Update Manager. I restarted the upgrade and unchecked Update Manager and then everything installed. I couldn't get Update Manager to install so I completely remove Update Manager and then I could install it.

Thanks,

Chris
