Unable to install vCenter version 7 or 6.7

Good day
Maybe there's something similar here, but somehow I didn't find a solution to my problem.

I'm trying to install Vcenter on an ESXI server.
I don't succeed and it always ends up at 59 or 63%.
Whether with ESXI version 7.0 or 6.7 and it doesn't matter if I am installing vcenter 7 or 6.7.
I always get this error
An error occurred while starting service 'applmgmt'
Failed to start Appliance Management service.
Resolution
This is an unrecoverable error, please retry install. If you encounter this error again, please search for these symptoms in the VMware Knowledge Base for any known issues and possible resolutions. If none can be found, collect a support bundle and open a support request.

I never managed to install it correctly and I tried various ESXI and Vcenter combines.
I also tried my own dns, where I defined the domains vspare.local and so on ... but even that didn't help me.
I also tried the NTP server but it didn't help me either.
I found on the net about 10 instructions on how to proceed, all I tried and I always ended up with the above error.

Can you help me where I'm making a mistake? I also attach logs from one installation, which I did completely, but I don't know what to do with it

Alternatively, if anyone is interested in helping me through remote assistance, I would be grateful. I'd like to know what I'm doing wrong
I proceeded e.g. according to these instructions:

Hi

So in the end I came across 2 problems
1. I can't have this character in my password #
2. I had to do a DNS server, but it had to be BIND and then it started up and it works

Thank you for your help and advice.
Michal

Before you start the installation:

  • verify the VCSA installer ISO image's checksum to ensure that it's healthy
  • setup a DNS server record for the vCSA for forward, and reverse resolution (Host-A, and PTR)
e.g. if your vCSA name is: "vcsa.dnsdomain.local" with an IP address 172.16.230.125, run nslookup 172.16.23.125 to verify that the IP gets resolved to the name! Do not mix up the DNS domain with the vCenter Server's SSO domain (vsphere.local by default)

Ensure that you have the correct IP settings, for the DNS server, NTP server, Default Gateway, and Subnet Mask! According to the log files you've entered the same IP address for the DNS server, and the Default Gateway, and I also saw two different subnet masks "/16" (255.255.0.0) as well as "/24" (255.255.255.0).

As a side note: Consider to use the "Small" deployment option rather than "Tiny", so that the vCSA has sufficient air (RAM) to breath.

Good day

Thanks for the tips

I tried again with a clean installation. I also created a dns server and required DNS zazanmay (PTR and A)

It immediately ended at 9% and a mistake

An error occurred while starting service 'rhttpproxy'
Failed to start VMware HTTP Reverse Proxy service.

Resolution

This is an unrecoverable error, please retry install. If you encounter this error again, please search for these symptoms in the VMware Knowledge Base for any known issues and possible resolutions. If none can be found, collect a support bundle and open a support request.
