can't install hQ 3.2.5 open source

i have problem can't install HQ 3.2.5 open source.i am run HQ 3.2.5 setup.exe but installer not running and stuck (see attachment). Please help me bro????

Can you attach installer debug log. Information in attached screenshot is not very useful.
