Do you have any enrollment restrictions configured?
No we do not have any Enrollment Restrictions
There is a setting somewhere in WS1 that sets a time limit on how long a device can go before it un-enrolls. I don't remember offhand where that setting is but we had to adjust the timeout limit on our Zoom Room iPads a while back because of this issue.
Hopefully someone else can verify this, I am not the admin for our account, I work in it when I need to but I had our admin do it for me when I needed it.

what events do you see in the Troubleshooting section on the device page? Is there any compliance policy? Are the devices enrolled with basic users or directory users?
There is no compliance policy, saw an issue with certificate being expired and rectified it and now there is no issue
