Android 11 - prevent factory reset via Android Settings

hi guys

does anyone know how i can prevent our users to do a factory reset on their android 11 devices in the settings?

our goal for our users is to only unenroll their devices via the hub-app.

i know that this option has gone since Android 11. 

but there should be a way to do that via Custom Android Profile (XML)
