VM nic get 10mb

I hv running Linux enterprise3 in my VM and running on ESX4.0. But somehow the NIC speed drop to 10MB, in the past is working fine. I have try to reinstall vmware tools, but still getting the same result. Anyone can help??

How do you fihure out that it is down to 10 MB?

Are the vmxnet drivers loaded? Check with "lsmod | grep vm"
