Ethernet driver not loaded in XP VM

I recently installed XP SP3 into a VM on an ESX 3.5 U2 server, however no ethernet driver was loaded. I've installed VMware Tools, and I checked the .vmx file and the adapter is listed as "e1000". What driver do I need to download so this adapter will be installed?

For the record, I used nLite to create a bootable XP CD with SP3 in it, as well as the LSI Logic driver. It's looking like I'll need to update that image with whatever driver that's suggested.

*EDIT* Never mind. Apparently this VM had been used as a test between the time I created it and the time I pointed it at a LUN to install XP. Windows 2003 was loaded onto it, at which time it set the NIC as E1000. I removed the NIC and re-added it as Flexible instead of E1000 and it's detected and working fine.
