Ciao
From the image you attached the value does not seem very high.
Normally I start to worry when it goes beyond 5% (even if the threshold value, if I remember correctly, is more than 10%).
What problems do you have on the VM?
Hey @mike-p,
Readiness can be the result of a high CPU allocation in the virtual infrastructure when you abuse of oversubscription, of course this can be accepted for some applications.
Check on the performance tab from vSphere and review the ms that you are facing for the readiness. After that, review if that can be accepted.
That isn't a lot of ready but there can be multiple causes, check out last year's Performance Best Practices for more information on the metric itself: https://via.vmw.com/HCP2232
Based on the used / run difference, the PCPUs might be frequency scaled, are you running with a "dynamic" BIOS power policy? You might want to configure that according to our best practices (covered in 2019): https://via.vmw.com/HBI2526BE
Hi first thanks for all responses. I will check each single advice. First I checked the "Ready in ms".
Max 11,872 and Min 6,568 looks quite hight for me.
Regards Mike
