Prezados,
estou com problema, tenho esxi 6.5 rodado windodws 2008r2, por descuido deletei o disco principal, e nao tenho backup, vi que o arquivo flat.vmdk não esta lá.
tem como recuperar?
Dear,
I'm having a problem, I have esxi 6.5 run windodws 2008r2, I accidentally delete the main disk, and I have no backup, I saw that the flat.vmdk file is not there.
How to recover?
Sorry to say that if flat.vmdk is deleted it cannot be recovered directly, if you have backup you can restore it.
Also check with some third party vendors who does data recovery, some pointers are given in the following KB article

How do you recover files from the snapshot?
Do you mean VM snapshot ? Actually virtual machine snapshot will not help here as it will not contain complete data, it will contain only the modified data from the point when we take the snapshot. Also without base disk snapshot consolidation. That is why we say snapshot is not a backup solution.
I understand, I think I could somehow get files by snapshots, opening files.

You actually can do that - but it highly depends on your special case.
It is - even with esxi 6.5 - sometimes possible to recover deleted flat.vmdks.
The flat.vmdk needs to be thick provisioned and it should be allocated in one piece.
It is next to impossible to predict if a vmdk was allocated in one piece - but if the flat.vmdk is important enough it is worth the effort to look into it.
Feel free to call me via skype "sanbarrow" if you want me to look at your case.
