log snippets: at com.vmware.vsan.client.services.common.CeipService.getCeipServiceEnabled(CeipService.java:42) ... 171 common frames omitted Caused by: com.vmware.vim.vmomi.client.exception.SslException: com.vmware.vim.vmomi.core.exception.CertificateValidationException: Server certificate chain is not trusted and thumbprint doesn't match ==============> problem part. at com.vmware.vim.vmomi.client.common.impl.ResponseImpl.setError(ResponseImpl.java:256) at com.vmware.vim.vmomi.client.http.impl.HttpExchange.run(HttpExchange.java:56) it is ssl trust and thumbprint matching issue, you can have it fixed via below method: 1: take a snapshot for VCSA VM at first. 2: run "python lsdoctor.py -t " to fix it, for details and lsdoctor tool please check this KB (https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/80469)
