You can only download the most current version of the Appliance when in a trial license situation. If you own a full purchased license, you can download anything which is still publicly available.
I need 5.1 evaluation version. Please let me know if you have third party link.
5.5 vcloud is not compatible with vcenter 5.0 version
I suggest you not to download the appliance from third party sites. And you will not find it too.
You can upgrade the vCenter and then download the 5.5 Appliance.
