VM is ON in vsphere client but it is OFF in vsphere web client

Hello guys,

Need some help here. I have turned on my vm.

However the power state of that VM is ON when I access it by using vsphere client but when I open vsphere web client, the VM is OFF.

Does anyone know why it is happen?

did you try re-login to web-client? or click on refresh button (on top right side)?
