Confirm SSo and Inventory Services installed using powershell commands

I'm writing a powershell script to automate Vcenter Server 5.1 and i need to check whether SSO and Inventory Services are properly installed or not..and also services are automaticaaly strated or not ..

Is their any powershell command for this?
