Client Plug-in is Missing on VSphere Web Client

Dears

My LAB consist of  ESXi , VCenter and VUM on Version 6 , these components have been joined with Windows 2012 R2 Active Directory Environment.

When I login to Vsphere Web Client using administrator@vsphere.local I am able to see the Client Plugins under Administration -> Solutions -> Client Plug-ins

But when I login with my AD based account(Administrator Privilege has been granted) I am unable to see the Client Plug-in

Can anybody advice the reason for this behaviour is it normal or a bug?

NOTE: I have attached the screenshots for the reference.

It is expected behavior. Only SSO administrator account (administrator@vsphere.local) can view the client-plug ins

Thanks for the reply.

Is there a way that I could make the domain user account(currently holding administrator privilege) as a SSO Administrator.

Appreciate if you could provide a reference or document talking about this behaviour.
