I am trying to find any kind of documentation on this or some advice.
We have 20+ sites with FlexPods running VMware vSphere 5.1 Essentials Plus licenses, and would like to configure 1 VCenter in our Primary DataCenter to manage them all. The questions is Licensing and Latency. If I put all of the licenses on the single VCenter and the WAN link goes down at one of the sites will the ESXi Host lose its licensing? Most sites are on a MPLS T1 connection with a Riverbed and the Data Center has a 100Meg MPLS with Riverbed. Is this going to be sufficient or will VCenter lose connection and cause the hosts to become unstable.
