Unable to access internet with guest VM RHEL5

I have installed RHEL5 GOS unable to access internet whereas with host OS xp i can. Please help me in solving this issue.

vmx file for your guest?

Have you added a virtual network adapter to the VM? What connection mode is it using? Have you moved/copied this guest from a different PC?

Any software firewalls?
