The Keyboard of my notebook not work with with VMware workstation 12,

Does anyone have any ideas to solution.

Thanks for using Workstation. Which specific key did you refer to, or you meant whole keyboard keys? Which host and virtual machine are you working on? Did it ever worked after you install Workstation?

Not sure if I am understanding your problem correctly, but if you are talking about a virtual machine that is cloned from a physical Toshiba laptop then...

Some notebooks have installed drivers from synaptic touchpad drivers, these do interfere with the keyboard and you should uninstall any synaptic software from your virtual machine.
