I'm running VMware Workstation on my Linux host, i need to write some howtos on VirtualPC running on Windows7 (that XP Mode thingy) anyhow before i go and install Windows as a dualboot i wonder if it's possible to expose the host CPU Intel VM-T (in my case) to the Guest Windows OS so that VirtualPC will make use of it?
As of right now if i try to run VirtualPC wthin the Guest O/S i get the "no hardware supported detected etc.." that's because it can't find any enabled VM-T/AMD-v Technlogy available on the CPU.
My hardware is fully supported, Intel Core 2 (i make use of the VM-T in VMware with no problems) and also 4gb ram available.
Thanks.
I believe VirtualBox does
VirtualBox exposes the feature bits to the guest. However, it does not actually implement those features.
