Problem with Updating VMWare Server 1.0.2 with VMWare 6.0 Workstation

I am having a problem to while upgrading VMWare Server 1.0.2 with VMWare 6.0 Workstation. Kindly tell me the way for upgradation instead of uninstalling.

What kind of problem? You can't have both Server and Workstation installed on the same host. Uninstall Server first.

Thank you for your kind cooperation, but i want to upgrade the VMWare Server 1.0.2 with VMWare 6.0 workstation and want to use my virtual machines already created in the VMWare Server 1.0.2. Is it possible by removing VMWare Server 1.0.2?

VMs created by Server1 can be run by WS6. Uninstalling Server1 will NOT delete your VMs. So go ahead and uninstall Server1. If you're paranoid, back up all your VMs first, which you should be doing anyway.
