Can I install X64 Guest OS on X86 based XP PC?

Hi Friend,

I have one intel PC install with VMWare workstation 7.1.4,

my processor is x86 based, (Find the attched info file about my Processor)

Kindly advice will I be able to install x64 bit Server OS (Windwos Server 2k8) on this x86 based XP-SP3 PC?

No, that processor isn't going to support 64-bit guests.  See kb 1003945 for more information.
