VM extremely slow at startup

Hello,

I have installed Win10 fully updated in my VM and noticed startup is extremely slow, with disk usage at 95~100% over 15 minutes or more.

I have only installed MS Office 2016, Avira antivirus, Mozilla Firefox,  Google Chrome and some other minor apps.

I think it's normal some disk activity at startup due to antivirus, but it ends after 1~2 minutes.

After that, I can see in Task Manager that the main responsible for disk usage are:

- Superfetch: I have disabled it.

- Micorsoft Compatibility Telemetry: I tried to disable it but it always returns.

- Microsoft Office Click-to-Run (SxS): when I disabled it, MS Office stops working.

Curiously I have no problems with my host. It seems that Win10 knows it's running on a VM and starts those processes furiously.

Please, does anyone know what's happening and how to solve the problem?

Thanks.
