How to configure Traffic Shaping on vMotion NIC

Is it possible to script the vMotion NIC traffic shaping to 3GB?  Has anyone tried this before?

Afaik you can do In and Out shaping based on average bandwidth or peak bandwidth for portgroups on a dvSwitch.

See the DVSTrafficShapingPolicy object which you can use with the ReconfigureDVPortgroup_Task method.
