setting windows 10 power options?

Host is an iMac, El Capitan 10.11.3, VMWare Fusion 8.1. Guest is Windows 10. VM was imported into Fusion from Parallels 11. In Windows Control Panel, Power Options, Edit Plan Settings, Change advanced Power Settings, this launches the Power Options dialog. In the Power Options Dialog, the selected plan is Parallels.

I would like to change this to High Performance but it seems I am being prevented from doing so. Anybody know how to do this? Remove the Parallels option?

Looks like I accidentally hit on the solution by creating a new plan.
