"Internal Error"

My problem:

When I try to open WMware I receive a message "Internal error". When I look in library I can see they Windows XP Professional is "Powered Off".

I can also see this information: The virtual machine is suspended.

Please guide me if you can or is it possible to reinstall WMWare again?

The year is 2020 an the problem persists: "Internal Error".
