USB Passthrough (Redirection) for headsets - broker needed? VMware View, Citrix, vSphere?

Hello, 

 

I'm trying to setup a Jabra headset (USB bluetooth adapter) on a Wyse 3040 thin client that connects to a VMware ESXI system running Windows 2019 Server. The thin client recognizes the Jabra device, but not Windows. I think the issue is passthrough isn't working? Do I need a broker to do this? Any in particular that work well - VMware View? Or do I need to add VMware vSphere alongside ESXI to be able to have USB passthrough?

1. I can’t see what part of this relates to VMware Fusion? (where you created this post)

2. How does the thin client “connect” to Windows on the ESXi host?
