Making a mouse only work in VM

Okay so I saw a thread that said that another thread showed how to do this, but I didn't see any mention of it. I have a razer mouse that I really only want to use with windows games. Is there a way to dedicate a mouse and/or other input devices to a VM such that even if it doesn't have focus that it will continue to use them? I would want to dedicate my N52 and razer both to the VM. I would like my regular OSX mouse to not get stuck in a window if possible so that I could just hover into it and have the keyboard work so that I can type in the game when I need to chat, but when not chatting I can just use the N52 and mouse with OSX controlling the keyboard and OSX mouse.

I appreciate any help.
