How to delete an encrypted VM on a Mac?

There is an encrypted VM on a Mac for which I do not have the password. How do I delete it as the standard delete option in the UI asks for a password? This is VMWare Fusion Player v12.1.0.

Hi,

Right click, select "Show in Finder".
Select the VM bundle.

Move to Bin.

Then restart Fusion and you can use the "Delete" option this time without having to use the password.
